but how can we protect the interest of the spree-ers? i think there must be full transparency in letting the people to organise sprees..else they can don't join as organisers and be spree-ers..

hi all..
i think the required info for application of organisers not stringent enough...esp some of them not emailing their Home #..Hp # can change anytime so i also think its not safe..printscreen of bank acct might be a good move..
some other suggestions to qualify organisers:
- age requirement? above 18 or 21 to be organisers - income requirement? (cash flow.. ;D)
if there's any need to lodge a police report (choi!) what info will the police require??this is worst case scenario..coz i want to protect the spree-ers that come to this website to join sprees..seen too much nonsense in other spree sites already..very scary sometimes...
Meanwhile, i would appreciate if the old organisers would like to join us back...thanks!!
================================================== This affects all spree-ers so i would like to hear from them as well coz it will make this forum feel safer for them to spree in..

hm.. i have amended the post stating all fields are mandatory.
anyway, perhaps can get them to scan a copy of their bill statement (just the name, address) for verification
age limit: hm don't think this will help much
income: haha, students will have no income.. lol. i'm an example ;D

hi, im just thinking, maybe organisers should do a printscreen of order confirmation, vpost charges, exchange rate that they are billed etc? because i've heard of some organisers who exclude their orders when calculating shipping fees and falsify the exchange rate. i know you have to trust the organisers if you want to join their sprees, but trust is to be gained and these will only make the spreers feel safer. anyway, these are just my thoughts and this is not directed at anyone HONESTLY. heh.

yup agree with color about the transparency thingy.
screenshots of merchant invoice, bank rate and shipping bills (e.g. cgw, vpost) should be posted up for the spree-ers to double check

yep..i agree on being transparent..do feedback to ur organiser if you wanna see more prove if the calculations seems dubious.. i think spree-ers on their own shd also ask from your organiser if they do not post up..

Bother, this might not be the correct thread to ask (apologies), but anyhow, will supplier sprees be allowed? Do agree that printscreens will be helpful, but maybe a requirement that all orders be posted up, including organiser's orders, so everyone can see what's being ordered
